Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Wanstead for an experienced Nursery Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the nursery, ensuring outstanding childcare standards, and supporting the development of both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Lead, develop, and support the nursery team
- Manage occupancy, parent relationships, and nursery operations
- Promote a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
- Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
