Summary

We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Thames Valley Framework team for our Harpenden site in Hertfordshire and our Thames Valley team.

Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire, some working from home may also be possibleHours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

You'll provide essential administrative support to our Harpenden project and Thames Valley Framework, helping to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. This role offers genuine opportunities for growth and development within Kier.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Technical Admin, you'll be working within the Thames Valley Framework team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative services across our projects. Your day to day will include:

-Managing logistics and procurement of materials, plant and labour through Oracle and Causeway systems, including receipting goods and liaising with suppliers

-Supporting the management of trackers, registers and systems including PPE, training matrices, plant registers and site assets

-Processing payroll information through Depotnet and Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Working Rule Agreements

-Coordinating onboarding arrangements for new team members, including PPE provision and system access

-Providing general administrative support across all project areas, including invoice management and reporting

What are we looking for?

This role of Technical Admin is great for you if:

-You have previous administrative experience and are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

-You possess excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

-You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team whilst also being able to work independently

-You have good communication skills and can build positive relationships with various stakeholders

-You hold a Full driving licence
