Crynodeb
The role offers a varied mix of clinical, administrative, research, and service development responsibilities. The post holder will support the wider MDT with clinical and administrative tasks, contribute to psychoeducation and carer support initiatives, and assist with monitoring clinical outcomes, audits, research, and service evaluation projects. There will also be opportunities to contribute to quality improvement work and ongoing service development. The post holder will work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, and professionals across primary, secondary, and tertiary care settings. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside the ability to work compassionately and professionally within what can at times be emotionally demanding clinical environments. Regular clinical supervision, CPD opportunities, and involvement in team and peer supervision are integral parts of the role.
