Salary: From £18.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (37.5 to 40 hours per week).
Start Date: July
Marylebone Services is representing a lovely and small nursery where is believed that creativity is rooted in childhood. Their modern space features a light, airy, and neutral environment equipped with bespoke learning resources. The setting maintains a core focus on premium care and organic education while fostering strong, active ties to the local community.
The Role
We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on Nursery Manager to oversee the entire setting.
Please note: This is a highly unique setting that does not operate a traditional "room style" structure. This is also not an office-bound role; you will be actively engaged on the floor, leading by example, while managing essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and high standards of the entire nursery.
• Foster an environment focused on organic education and creative choice.
• Manage necessary administrative duties efficiently.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and the local community.
• Ensure full compliance with all early years regulatory frameworks
Requirements
• Right to Work: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Nursery Manager. We will also highly consider a strong, experienced Deputy Manager who is fully ready to take the step up into a Manager position.
• Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent).
• Mindset: Passionate about community, creative development, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
Benefits
• Competitive hourly rate starting from £18.00+ per hour.
• Flexible working hours for the ideal candidate.
• Full details regarding holiday entitlement, benefits, and perks will be discussed in detail during the face-to-face interview stage.
Please Apply if you are a passionate childcare leader looking for a unique, community-focused setting where you can make a real impact.
