This document sets out Ofwat’s initial regulatory approach to Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption for the water sector during transition to the new regulators with the ambition to build a foundation that will scale into the future regulators.
In this document, 'new regulators' refers to both the new Welsh and English regulators.
