About Consultation
This consultation sets out how we are intending to implement the cost change process, and our proposal to modify Condition B to allow us to include the cost change process interim determination mechanism.
We are also proposing to modify Condition B to change the deadline for the determination of in-period outcome delivery incentives (ODIs) from 15 November to 15 December and to modify the definition of “Reference Notice” in Condition A of South East Water’s licence to correct an error in the cross references to Condition B following the introduction of the DPC licence provisions last year.
The consultation closed on the 1 September 2025.
