The Wholesale Retail Code (WRC) forms the wholesale contract between Wholesalers and Retailers operating in the Business Retail market, and sets out the services provided and the obligations of each party.
We have considered and are minded to accept WRC Change Proposal CPW161: Third Party Requests to Wholesalers. This document is a statutory consultation issued under the provisions of s.66DB/s.117G of the Water Industry Act 1991 (WIA) in relation to the proposed change to the WRC.
