About Consultation
This document sets out our consultation on the proposed standards we expect all water companies to achieve when using their priority services registers to support household customers in England and Wales from 1 April 2025 onwards.
Priority services registers identify those customers who would benefit from additional services or support for a variety of identified characteristics.
We welcome responses to our consultation by 8 January 2025.
