We use Microsoft Teams to run online events. As such, by joining these events your name and email address may be visible to other attendees. This is a functionality of Microsoft Teams that we cannot alter. By signing up to online events you are consenting for your data to be visible in this way. Please note, during the event you may be able to turn off your camera and alter your name.

Armed Forces online events may be recorded for the purpose of reviewing the content and discussions held. The recording will not be shared and will be deleted after 30 days.
