Summary
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase landlord instructions, tenant enquiries, and business growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property investors, developers, and corporate clients.
Promote the agency's lettings and property management services through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Manage advertising campaigns across property portals, social media platforms, email marketing, and company websites.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Generate and follow up sales leads to convert prospects into clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service agreements to prospective landlords and business partners.
Work closely with lettings negotiators and property management teams to maximise occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and sales activity, providing regular reports to management.
Organise promotional events, networking opportunities, and community engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
Support the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and business management software.
Contribute to achieving branch and company revenue targets.
