Some Greater Anglia trains will call additionally at Northumberland Park before and after large-scale events at the stadium. Passengers travelling to Northumberland Park must use the front seven coaches of 10-coach trains, as doors on the last three coaches will not open at the station.

The stadium is a short 15 minute walk from Northumberland Park station
Walking routes will be clearly signed, and stewards will help manage pedestrian flows.
