Select the station you wish to park at on the interactive route map and click through to view all facilities at that station including car park details and pricing.

By PayByPhone

You can use the PayByPhone online or on their app to pay for parking at all Greater Anglia NCP station car parks.

With PayByPhone, there's no need to put a ticket on your dashboard and if you're running late you can extend your session with their extend-from-anywhere service.

To register, you can do this from the PayByPhone app, download it now from the Apple or Google Play app stores, visit their website or call 0330 400 7275.

You will need to know the location code which can be found within the PayByPhone app and it may be displayed on signs or the side of the pay and display machines in the car park. You can also find the list of stations and location codes here.

Pay at a train ticket machine

You can pay by coin or card at a selected number of machines. You must pay at the time of parking. You must ensure you display your parking ticket clearly in your windscreen.

Greater Anglia offers free car parking to Blue Badge holders at our car parks.

When parking in a Greater Anglia car park, if a designated parking space is unavailable for any reason, Blue Badge holders may park free of charge in any other public, non-restricted parking space in the car park.

If you are visiting one of Greater Anglia’s ANPR car parks, you must register your blue badge beforehand to qualify for free parking, and ensure that your Blue Badge is displayed correctly in the car windscreen. Please call 0345 0507 080 if you require further assistance.

Accessible parking at Beaulieu Park Station the following applies:

Car Park A – There are 38 blue badge bays located within this car park which is operated by Chelmsford City Council. You do not need to register your vehicle or blue badge in advance and may park for free for the day, provided you only park within a designated blue badge bay and your Blue Badge is displayed correctly in the car windscreen

Car Park B – If you are a blue badge bay holder you may park in any other public, non-restricted parking space within Greater Anglia’s car park provided you register your blue badge beforehand to qualify for free parking, and ensure that your Blue Badge is displayed correctly in the car windscreen.
