Season Direct restrictions and good to know
If you have a question, you can contact our Business Travel team email at [email protected] or call 0345 600 7245 (option 6). Open Monday to Friday (09:00-16:30), excluding bank holidays.
All suspension or cancellation requests must be made before 10th of the month prior to the one you want the change to take place from. So if you want to suspend in April, the request should be made before 10th March.
When cancelling, make sure you also cancel your direct debit instruction with your bank.
