Where can I get them?

On Greater Anglia routes between London and Cambridge, Manningtree and Harwich.

Also on local journeys to and from Norwich, Ipswich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.

Travelling to London?

These tickets let you travel on Greater Anglia trains only. If you’re using the underground, we recommend using contactless or oyster pay as you go to hop around the capital.

  1. Duo is valid at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays only.
  2. Duo is available on selected Greater Anglia routes.
  3. Duo is not available to London Underground destinations.
  4. Railcard discounts are not available.
  5. There is no Child discount on Duo, but up to four children accompanying two adults using Duo can each use the £2 Child Return fare.
  6. Duo is not available for journeys wholly within the Oyster area (Liverpool St/Stratford to Broxbourne, Hertford East and Shenfield).
  7. The two adults must travel together throughout their entire journey.
  8. Valid until further notice. Greater Anglia reserves the right to make changes without prior notice and to withdraw the scheme at any time, however any tickets already purchased in advance will still be valid.
  9. Duo is a day return only ticket.
  10. Duo is available in Standard Class only.
  11. Refunds: You can request a refund until 23:59 the day before your booked travel date. After this, you can still claim up to 28 days after your ticket expires if you didn't travel due to a train delay, cancellation or if an exceptional circumstance such as medical emergency has stopped you from travelling. There is a £5 refund fee which may be deducted.
