One cycle locker is at the entrance to Platform 2 (for trains towards Halesworth, Beccles, and Lowestoft) and one cycle stand is on the same platform, towards the far end of the covered waiting area.

There are also four cycle stands on Platform 1 (for trains towards Saxmundham, Woodbridge, and Ipswich), between the covered waiting area and the wooden bench on the platform.

Rail replacement bus services towards Ipswich pick up and drop off at the service bus stop on the opposite side of the road to the station buildings, just along from the Smoke & Fire Tiles workshop.
