The Bittern Ranger offers one day's unlimited travel on Greater Anglia's Bittern line, which runs through the northern part of the Norfolk Broads between Norwich, Hoveton & Wroxham and North Walsham to the coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham. Tickets are valid from 08:15 on Mondays to Fridays and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Bittern Ranger costs just £13.50 per adult, plus accompanying kids pay £2. No Railcard discounts are available (but see below for Family and Senior discounts).

Bittern Family Ranger

There is a Family ticket available for £27 which allows two adults and up to two children (aged 5-15 inclusive) unlimited travel in the Bittern Ranger area. In other words, two children travel for £2 each when accompanied by two paying adults.

Bittern Senior Ranger

The Bittern Senior Ranger is available to everybody over 60 years of age and is just £9. Time restrictions are the same as for the Adult ticket and no Railcard is required to take advantage of this discount.

You can buy these at our ticket offices, or on the train if there's no ticket office available.

Refunds

You can request a refund until 23:59 the day before your booked travel date.

After this, you can still claim up to 28 days after your ticket expires if you didn't travel due to a train delay, cancellation or if an exceptional circumstance such as medical emergency has stopped you from travelling.

There is a £5 refund fee which may be deducted.
