The East Suffolk Ranger provides one day's unlimited travel on Greater Anglia's East Suffolk Line, which runs from Ipswich to Felixstowe and Lowestoft.
Tickets are valid from 08:45 Mondays to Fridays and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
You can also use the ticket on the following trains:
- 08:16 from Saxmundham
- 8:26 from Wickham Market
- 8:33 from Melton
- 8:38 from Woodbridge
It costs just £24.90 per adult, or £16.55 with a Railcard. Seniors can travel for £16.55 without a Railcard. Up to four accompanied children per adult can travel for just £2 each!
East Suffolk Line Family Ranger
There is a Family ticket available for £49.80 which covers two adults and up to two children (aged 5-15 inclusive), and it's cheaper with a Railcard.
The East Suffolk Ranger can be purchased from the ticket office, or if the station is unstaffed you can buy it from the on-board conductor.

Refunds
You can request a refund until 23:59 the day before your booked travel date.
After this, you can still claim up to 28 days after your ticket expires if you didn't travel due to a train delay, cancellation or if an exceptional circumstance such as medical emergency has stopped you from travelling.
There is a £5 refund fee which may be deducted.
