We offer massive student discounts on season tickets. Get unlimited travel on Greater Anglia trains between any two stations, except in Travelcard and Oyster areas.
Our student train passes are great for everyday travel to School, College or University. Plus, you can use it any time or day of the week!
Annual Student Season
Our annual train pass covers the full academic year one in just one ticket!
Full Term Student Season
Travel for one term. Available at certain times of the year.
Monthly Student Season
Our monthly student train pass is paid through direct debit. Make sure to activate each month's ticket before travelling.
Anglia Plus Student Season
Unlimited travel in a zone, great if your child travels to a club or lives in more than one home. Term passes are available online on our Railplus website & Annual passes can be purchased by calling our business travel team on 0345 600 7245 (option 6).
Plusbus
If you need to travel by bus travel to complete your journey, be sure to add plusbus to your basket before you checkout!
How to get a Student Season ticket
If you'd like to refund your Student Season ticket, please contact our business travel team at [email protected] or call 0345 600 7245 (option 6). Open Monday to Friday (09:00-16:30), excluding bank holidays.
No refunds are provided for Monthly student season tickets, part way through their validity. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email the team, giving 1 months’ notice.
Please don't send us images of passports, credit or debit cards, driving licences and bank statements or information which is personal to you.
If you lost your Student Season Ticket, please get in touch with our Business Travel Team on 0345 600 7245 (option 6) between 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If your journey is not eligible for our discounted student season tickets, the 16-17 Saver is a great option, if you're the right age. It's the only National Railcard which applies on adult season tickets and it gives you a whopping 50% off. You can book through our journey planner or on our app.

Child discounts
Child tickets (for ages 5-15) are half the adult fare. We also offer amazing £2 tickets online if kids travel with an adult off-peak (psst this offer is even valid with Railcards and GroupSave). If you're over 16, we recommend getting a Railcard to save some serious money on tickets.
Student Railcards
A railcard costs £30 for one year and gives you 1/3 off train travel across Great Britain. They're great as if you use it a couple times, you can make your money back quite quickly. Find out more about railcards.
Railcards do not apply on our Student Season tickets but they're great for saving money on day trips.
