Summary
We are seeking a confident and experienced Environmental Enforcement Team Leader to oversee frontline operations in Camden, leading a team responsible for tackling environmental crime such as littering and fly-tipping. In this role, you will combine hands-on enforcement duties, including issuing Fixed Penalty Notices, with effective team leadership by monitoring performance, supporting daily operations, and ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures. You will act as a key liaison with the Local Authority, handle complaints from the public, prepare reports and case files for potential legal action, and contribute to audits and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, experience in a supervisory role, and the ability to manage challenging situations professionally, while motivating and developing team members.
