Home Manager – Well-Established Care Home
Location: Brighton (with on-site parking!). This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff.
This is a medium, 50-bedded, residential home specialising in elderly and dementia care with a well established and respected are provider.
Key Requirements:
2+ years experience managing elderly focused residential homes.
NVQ5 in Leadership and Management.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent Good ratings or improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good.
Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
