Summary
We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support services working in partnership with local authorities and council-commissioned providers across Exeter and surrounding Plymouth areas. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults within residential, nursing, and community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and daily living support
Supporting individuals with mobility, nutrition, and overall wellbeing
Promoting dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times
Following individual care plans, internal policies, and local authority standards
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
Mandatory Training & Requirements:
Administration of Medicine
Dementia
Equality & Diversity

First Aid

Manual Handling
