About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position with ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression.
You will be the first point of contact on site, providing a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service. Your role will be key in ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.
What You'll Be Doing
-Acting as a visible and approachable security presence
-Keeping staff, visitors, and the site safe and secure
-Monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms
-Managing access control and visitor entry
-Writing clear incident reports and daily logs
What We're Looking For
-Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
-Strong communication and people skills
-Ability to work alone and within a team
-Reliable, professional, and flexible attitude
-Good timekeeping and customer service skills
-Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
