Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional individual to support our team in a Front of House / Office Support role for a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, interacting with visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and approachable manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Supporting general administrative tasks
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and office area
Assisting the wider team with ad hoc office duties as required
About You:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Able to multitask and work independently
Previous front of house, reception, or office experience preferred
