SEIS-UK data management system: file and directory structure

Each project will be assigned data directories by SEIS-UK, which users are requested to abide by. These directories will be created by SEIS-UK for you and exact details of their location will be given to you when they are operational. Example directories are outlined below, along with what data should be stored in each directory:

Home directory /home/username/ for storing scripts, station files, jweed summary files etc.

Raw directory /raw/PROJECT/ for raw field data e.g. GCF or REF files

MSEED/SEGY directory /archive/area[1-5]/PROJECT/ for storing MSEED and SEGY files

Working directory /data/PROJECT/ for storing event files etc.
