Data Server
The current SEIS-UK data server allows users to process their data remotely and also provides a semi-permanent archive for user's seismic data.
The system consists of:
- HP Proliant DL380 G5 Server
- 2 x Xeon 2.33 GHz (E5345) Quad Core processors (8 cores)
- 8 GB DDR2-667 Memory
- Total RAID capacity ~50 Tb
- DLT S4 16 slot autoloader
- DLT8000, DDS-4 and Exabyte tape drives
- UPS protected
