I am retired having spent my working life in the water industry, working on projects which involved the use of high-pressure water as a cutting and cleaning tool.  This is used in many different fields including nuclear.  I moved to Winfrith nine years ago and quickly got involved with village life, holding the roles of Chair of the Parish Council and Treasurer of the village hall.

At present, I have reduced my community work as I have a family carer role commitment, which has taken priority.  However, I am still actively involved in the village activities.

I am interested in the work being undertaken at the Winfrith Site and seeing the progress being made. I look forward to the completion of this huge decommissioning project and the Site being the first from the NDA estate to be completed and returned to heathland with public access.
