What this prompt does

This prompt is suitable for any AI assistant (for example, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini). 

The prompt will:

  • create a 2x2 stakeholder map categorising groups by influence and interest
  • support the map with a rationale for the placement of each group
  • generate the analysis based on official UK government guidance
  • identify any assumptions made about the stakeholders or the impact of the change
  • produce an output suitable for the delivery board
