Government employees struggle to access HR guidance efficiently. They have to navigate complex policy documents or contact HR directly for routine queries. This creates inefficiencies, inconsistent responses, and burdens HR staff.

The solution

AskOps Chatbot transforms HR support by providing instant, accurate answers to employee questions. Using Anthropic Claude Sonnet 3.5, it searches through internal policy documents and delivers responses in seconds rather than hours or days. The AI understands plain English queries and provides direct references to official documents, ensuring employees can verify information and get the specific guidance they need when they need it.

The results

The chatbot is in early testing, currently supporting 265 staff members across DSIT with plans for further extension.
