Stephanie Marston
Biography
From 2010 to 2017, Steph was a senior official of Prospect, a trade union of over 100,000 specialist and professional staff. Prior to that she developed her career in research, staff representation and collective bargaining in Connect, the Union for Professionals in Communications (formerly the Society of Telecom Executives). She dealt with major employers across both private and public sectors and earned a reputation for a robust, evidence-based, and creative approach to negotiations.
