If someone is on an Order for a non MAPPA related offence and then receives an SSO for a MAPPA qualifying offence but the SSO has no requirements do they now become MAPPA due to the new offence even though we are managing them for a non MAPPA offence!?

When the guidance talks about 'statutory obligations for identifying all MAPPA offenders immediately after sentence are fulfilled' and the PSI talks about 'It is the Prison Service's responsibility to identify all categories of MAPPA offender who receive a custodial sentence; this must be done within 3 days of sentence. ' - is it 3 WORKING days after sentencing or 3 calendar days because if sentenced on a Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, compliance would not be possible in 3 calendar days.
