In guidance aimed at the casino sector, it is important to note that the provisional date for the majority of changes to The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 will come into force on 30 June 2026 (subject to Parliamentary approval).
