LDM and DAM Code Changes for 2026 to 2027

The following Learning Delivery and Monitoring (LDM) codes have a Valid To Date added of 31 July 2026:

• LDM 374 Apply amended earnings calculation for authorised apprentices, to address specific scenarios with negotiated prices

• LDM 395 Project S Pilot for Adult Skills Fund Providers

• LDM 396 Project S Pilot for Skills Bootcamps

The following Learning Delivery and Monitoring (LDM) code has been removed:

• LDM 086 OLASS – Offenders in the community

The following Devolved Area Monitoring (DAM) codes have had the end dates extended:

• DAM 006 Test and Learn Pilot ESOL

• DAM 013 -16 Sector Based Work Academy Programme codes

• DAM 028 Category of Adult Education: Employability

• DAM 063 Local approved flexibilities

• DAM 073 Software Driven Distance Learning

• DAM 077-79 Growth sector codes

• DAM 089 Skills for Growth

• DAM 090 Skills for Employment

• DAM 091 Youth offer

• DAM 092-97 Priority Sector codes

The following New DAM codes have been added into the ILR from the 1 August 2026:

• DAM 115 Flexible Delivery

• DAM 116 Tutor-Led Distance Learning

• DAM 117 ESOL Programme

• DAM 118 FCFJ Engineering Project

The unassigned DAM code value has also been updated to 119-400
