Digital Membership card
We have introduced digital Membership cards to create a more streamlined and convenient visiting experience for Members.
A digital Membership card would be available to download to your digital wallet, via your smartphone. This would be scanned at the entrance of the Members' Room and special exhibitions just like your physical card.
Please note your digital card would not replace your physical card, and we'll continue to issue these to you each time you renew.
To opt in and receive a digital Membership card, please ensure you're the primary Member, fill in the information below and submit the form.
Once you've opted in, any Member with an additional cardholder will receive a second digital card to forward on.
Apply for a digital Membership card
The digital cards are facilitated by a third party supplier, Cuseum. Please be assured that your data will only be shared with Cuseum if you opt in to this service, and Cuseum will not share your data with any third parties. Please see Cuseum's privacy policy for more information. You can opt out of your digital Membership card at any time, and once your Membership expires, your data with Cuseum will be erased within one month.
Data that would be shared with Cuseum to facilitate a digital card would be limited to your name, Membership number, Membership category, expiry date and email address.
