Our bookings include an audio guide and a welcome by one of our Admissions staff who will ensure the group are welcomed and oriented within the space.

You will be booked into an arrival time. There are no lunch room facilities available. Once you have filled in the request form, our Customer Services Team will be in contact via email to book your group/s in. Please ensure that your details are correct.

Please don't make travel arrangements until you have received a confirmation email with your Visit Confirmation Letter attached.

Gift bags can be pre-ordered at £5 each (Payment will be arranged as part of your booking).
Guidebooks can be pre-ordered at £6 each (saving £2) and will be provided on arrival. Payment will be arranged as part of your booking. No changes or refund will be possible once payment has been made.
