Service maintenance

Saturday 1 August

We will be carrying out maintenance to replace a server on Saturday 1 August from 7pm to 11pm. The following services will be available but there may be brief interruptions during this time:

  • Property Alert
  • Search for land and property information
  • Sign your mortgage deed
  • Use land and property data

Tuesday 4 August

We will be carrying out maintenance to deploy a DRS v34 Python upgrade on Tuesday 4 August from 8pm to 10pm. During this time, the following services will be affected:

  • Business e-services - Digital Registration Service
  • Business e-services - View Applications

Sunday service downtime

We will be carrying out maintenance to deliver service enhancements on the following Sundays. Our services will be unavailable between 8am and 2pm on these dates:

  • Sunday 23 August 2026
  • Sunday 20 September 2026
  • Sunday 18 October 2026
  • Sunday 15 November 2026
  • Sunday 13 December 2026
