Audio recordings from the IWM Sound Archive can be licensed for use in projects including film, radio and television programmes. 

Items from our collections have been used in projects such as Belsen: What They Found, a BBC documentary produced in association with IWM and directed by Sam Mendes.

Other audio recordings can be heard in D-Day: The Unheard Tapes (BBC/Wall to Wall Media Ltd in partnership with The Open University and IWM) and They Shall Not Grow Old from Oscar-winning filmmaker Peter Jackson.
