Use this form when you need to remove a deceased owner’s name from the register and there is still a surviving owner. You will need the title number of a property: find the title number using our service.

  1. Added a 'Start now' button to the page.

  2. The form has been amended as a result of a changes to the addresses that citizen and business customers send their applications to HM Land Registry.

  3. We have added to the explanatory information to make it clearer that this form is only to be used where there are surviving registered proprietor(s).
