To help reduce environmental waste and to help organisations create a successful and compliant tender, we only accept electronic tender responses submitted through our e-tendering system.

Terms and conditions
The following contract templates can be used in most cases when bidding for an FSA contract. An exception is for procurements via a Crown Commercial Service or Government Commercial Agency framework, where the relevant call-off contract will be included in the invitation to tender.

tier 1: below procurement threshold - use the Cabinet Office short form contract. These terms and conditions are applied to procurements below £10,000 or where no specific terms and conditions have been issued

tier 2: above procurement threshold - use the Cabinet Office mid-tier contract

tier 3: high value and/or complex procurement (typically more than £20 million) - use the Cabinet Office model services contract
