Stephen Morgan MP

Biography
Stephen Morgan was appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 22 July 2026.
He was previously Minister of State at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs from 12 June 2026 to 22 July 2026.
He was also Junior Lord of the Treasury (Government Whip) from 7 September 2025 to 12 June 2026 and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Early Education) at the Department for Education from 9 July 2024 to 7 September 2025.
He was elected as the MP for Portsmouth South in June 2017.

- marine and fisheries

- animal welfare (farmed animals)
