  1. We have added a new tool to find the right team in the APHA.

  2. The email address TB.Advice@apha.gov.uk is no longer in use. A link to the contact form for getting help with TB has been added.

  3. Added telephone number for Bovine TB in England.

  4. The email address customeradvice@apha.gov.uk is no longer in use. Links to the contact forms for getting help with animal health and reporting non-urgent farm animal welfare concerns in England have been added.

  5. The email address to get help with exporting animals or animal products has been updated.

  6. There's a new way to contact us about travelling with a pet abroad, or bringing a pet to Great Britain. Links to contact forms have been added.

  7. Added guidance on how to report farm animal welfare concerns in England.

  8. Added a link to the 'APHA Intelligence Report Form' to the 'Report non-compliance' section. This form is used to report non-compliance with the rules for animal welfare and plant and bee controls.

  9. Updated the contact information for disinfectant approvals.

  10. Added links to guidance about reporting fraud and corruption and how to contact APHA if you're a vet.

  11. Updated the Pet Travel helpline number to 03000 200 301.

  12. Updated the phone number for ferret and other mustelinae registration.

  13. Contact details for livestock registration updated to include poultry and captive birds. Previous contact details for poultry registration removed as they are now out of date.

  14. Updated information on reporting a plant pest or disease. Removed references to the PEACH and eDomero systems, which have been replaced by the import of products, animals, food and feed system (IPAFFS) and Plant Health Export Service (PHES) respectively.

  15. Updated the email address for contacting the Compulsory Scrapie Flocks Scheme.

  16. Added a link to Veterinary Delivery Partner contact details on the TB Hub website.

  17. Added a section about registration queries for the Northern Ireland Retail Movement Scheme (NIRMS).

  18. Updated the email address for contacting the Plant Variety and Seeds team.

  19. Added contact information for 'Authorisations for plant pests, pathogens, plants, and soil'.
