Paralegals and administrative support staff can also use this service.
You can continue to manage asylum claims through email and post.

Using the service for the first time
You need to get an invite before you can create an account.
Getting an invite
If you’re an immigration adviser, email a letter of authority to ahrocentralcommunicationshub@homeoffice.gov.uk.
Use the subject line ‘MAC Portal’ so it goes to the right team.
The team who invite you cannot give you information about individual asylum claims.
If you’re a paralegal or member of support staff, an immigration adviser in your organisation with an account can create an account for you.
Creating your account
To create an account, you’ll need:
- your own work email address
- a mobile phone number
