The PCA’s Invasive Weed Conference will take place on Thursday 12 November at the Leicester Tigers Stadium in Leicester! Last year’s event was a huge success, and we are very much looking forward to providing another excellent networking and learning event.
Focusing on the practical management of invasive non-native plants, the conference brings together weed control specialists, environmental managers, weed scientists, statutory agencies and policy makers from around Europe involved in plant invasions. The conference seeks to explore ways to face regional and European challenges imposed by invasive non-native plant invasions. Themes for the 2026 conference are:
- Up and coming developments in our ‘Invasive Plant Innovation Den’
- Implementing rapid response at local and regional levels
- What to do about bamboo?
For anyone associated with the invasive weed industry, this annual event continues to be an ideal platform to network with and learn from industry leading speakers on issues affecting the sector.
