If you have contacted us before you will have received a case reference number. Your case reference number will begin with a 0 and will be 7 digits long. It will be on all emails from our customer service team.

GCA customer services team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (telephone lines open 10am to 4pm). Please note our Customer Service Centre will be closed on Wednesday 30th September due to an all-staff event. Response times may be longer than usual as a result. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
