MGN 70 (M) Amendment 1 Guidelines on responsibilities for resolution of stowaway cases

MGN 70 (M) Amendment 1 includes a new reporting procedure for UK-flagged vessels coming to the UK, non UK-flagged vessels in UK waters and UK port facilities discovering a stowaway incident.
