This release contains information on the number of applications made in Sustainable Farming Incentive 2026 (SFI26) windows 1 and 2, including the number of applications per window, the number of applications that contained each action, a breakdown of whether applicants had existing live agreements and/or agreements due to expire before February 2027, and the number of applicants per window who met the application criteria for window 1.

Cell A6 of the Agreement_values table stated that the numbers showed 'total annual value', however data providers confirmed it should read 'total agreement value'. Updated file attachment includes this change. Failed save on first attempt without change to cell. Second update implemented change correctly.

Error in HTML summary corrected. Previously said that "Around 10% of applications in Window 2 were from farm businesses that do not have an existing agreement under Countryside Stewardship, Environmental Stewardship or the Sustainable Farming Incentive. This is a similar percentage to Window 1." This was incorrect, as the percentage in Window 1 was 85%. Updated write-up to reflect this.
