Keith Richards

Keith is a barrister and CEDR-accredited mediator and has expertise in consumer advocacy / representation, equality and inclusion, dispute resolution and redress. Previous roles include as a Member of the Financial Services Consumer Panel at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and as a Non-Executive Director at ECPAT UK. He has served as Chair of the Consumer Panel at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Chair of the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC) at the DfT, and Chair of the Rail Ombudsman Scheme Council. Other current roles include as a Non-Exec Board member of Transport Focus, Co-Chair of the Heathrow Access Advisory Group (HAAG) and Chair of the Board at the National Centre for Accessible Transport (ncat). He also serves as an independent member of the General Chiropractic Council, and as a Board member of the Private Healthcare Information Network. Keith is currently a Panel Member at the Competition and Markets Authority, NED at Transport for London, and is an independent member of PAY.UK End User Advisory Council, and of the MOSL Performance Assurance Committee for Non-Household Water Market.
