Description
ISO22343 tested as a single unit.
VADS Entry: Two linked units
Each unit had a height of 1288mm, depth in attack direction of 1361mm and mass of 179kg. Each unit was formed from a RHS frame with tubular cross braces and had spikes next to each wheel. The units were linked using a bracket which was 591mm wide and 450mm long. The spikes had safety covers off.
When placing two linked units next to another set of two linked units, using NPSA guidance of 1200mm width between structural elements measured at 600mm, there is an approximate aperture of 900mm between the tyres at ground level. Please refer to annotated photo.
The end of the installation should be placed no more than 1200mm from an immovable structure (measured from RHS frame).
