Online tests

After you submit your application, you may have to wait a few days for your online tests to become available. This is normal, especially during busy periods.

We will email you when your tests are ready to complete.

The tests

There are 2 online tests to complete:

Test times

The tests are untimed, so you can work at your own pace.

Test deadlines

You will have 7 days to complete the tests from the moment they are made available. 

Your applicant homepage will show the test deadline.

Test results

Your results should be available in December 2026. We will email you when they are released.

Test feedback

You will receive feedback, regardless of whether you are successful.

Your feedback will:

  • reflect your individual performance
  • highlight your strengths
  • provide tips to help you develop your performance in the future

Important: Your feedback focuses on your performance and potential. It does not indicate whether you will progress to the next stage, as the process is highly competitive.

The online tests

This test measures interpersonal skills. You will watch short videos of work situations and rate how effective different actions would be.

What you need to do

There are 12 scenarios. 

For each one, you must rate the effectiveness of several possible actions on the following scale:

  • Counterproductive: an unacceptable action that would make the problem worse
  • Ineffective: a poor action that would not help
  • Partially effective: a useful action that would be of some help
  • Effective: a good action that would help resolve the situation

This test assesses your decision-making and your ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

You will take on an imaginary role, where you will review background information and respond to a series of challenges.

What you need to do

This is an evolving scenario. You will be presented with 7 pieces of background information, followed by 24 situations you need to respond to.

In some scenarios, you will be asked to identify the most and least effective responses. 

In other scenarios, you will rate the effectiveness of several possible actions on the following scale:

  • Counterproductive: an unacceptable action that would make the problem worse
  • Ineffective: a poor action that would not help
  • Partially effective: a useful action that would be of some help
  • Effective: a good action that would help resolve the situation
