These videos are intended for high-risk individuals facing heightened risks to their personal safety and security, arising from national security concerns, such as those from state-backed actors or terrorists.

These videos, supported by NaCTSO, provide guidance on understanding your level of risk, when you are most vulnerable, how to improve your situational awareness, how to become a harder target online and knowing what to do in the event of an incident.

The characters and scenarios in these films are fictitious. They are provided for illustrative purposes only, to help high-risk individuals understand their level of risk and the actions they can take to help reduce their vulnerability.
