The Wholesale Retail Code (WRC), which forms the wholesale contract between Wholesalers and Retailers operating in the business retail market and sets out the services provided and the obligations of each party, is enforceable by Ofwat.
We have considered and are minded to approve Wholesale Retail Code Change Proposal CPW167: Bilateral Hub GSS Payment Notifications. This document is a statutory consultation issued under sections 66DB and 117G of the Water Industry Act 1991 in relation to the proposed revisions to the WRC.
